Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and cc99 (the "Platform", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, products, software, content, and features offered through the cc99 website located at https://cc99.io and any associated mobile or web applications.

By accessing the cc99 platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the cc99 service, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cc99 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside cc99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement in their entirety.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on cc99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cc99 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy in accordance with responsible gambling principles applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You do not hold any existing cc99 account. Only one account per individual is permitted at any time.
• You are registering voluntarily and not under any form of compulsion or misrepresentation.
• You have not previously been suspended, banned, or excluded from cc99 or any affiliated platform.
• All information submitted during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

cc99 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) documentation at any point, including but not limited to a government-issued national identification card, passport, or driver's licence, along with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure, with any outstanding balance handled in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

cc99 also reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your cc99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. cc99 strongly recommends that all members enable OTP-based two-factor authentication to protect their accounts.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your cc99 account on your behalf.
• You must notify cc99 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• cc99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any action taken on your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawal requests — will be deemed authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach prior to such action taking place.

cc99 may, at its discretion and without prior notice, temporarily lock an account if it detects unusual login activity, multiple failed login attempts, or patterns consistent with account compromise. In such cases, cc99 will contact the registered account holder via the email address on file to initiate an identity verification process before access is restored.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cc99 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cc99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following authorised payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking), and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at cc99's discretion with reasonable notice provided to members.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Individual maximum deposit limits may be applied to accounts based on verification status and responsible gaming thresholds.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
• cc99 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider's own transfer fees may apply.
• Deposited funds are credited to your cc99 BDT wallet upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider, typically within minutes.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the identity details registered on your cc99 account. cc99 will not send funds to a third-party account under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have cleared all bonus conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
• cc99 targets processing of withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 30 minutes during operational hours. Processing times for other channels may vary.
• cc99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above a stated threshold, which may extend standard processing timelines.

Bonuses and Promotions

cc99 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and governed by this Agreement.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Where a conflict exists between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms take precedence.
• Each promotion is available once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• cc99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus funds already credited to a member's account remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate cc99's bonus system — including through multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or systematic low-risk strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on cc99 are subject to the specific rules of the game or event in question, as published on the relevant product page of the platform. In addition, the following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on cc99:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, cc99 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the member's BDT wallet.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cc99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting), whether under your own identity or using false or borrowed identities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or any software designed to interact with cc99 systems in a manner not supported by the standard platform interface.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or using cc99 as a vehicle to obscure the origin of funds.

Responsible Gaming

Members may set the following controls directly from their account settings panel, without requiring contact with support:

Intellectual Property

• In the event that cc99 is found liable to you for any reason, the maximum aggregate liability of cc99 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cc99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cc99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

cc99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://cc99.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the cc99 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination and Suspension

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal conduct involving the account.
• Account holder found to be under 21 years of age.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the member in writing to cc99 support.

Upon account closure, cc99 will return any verified real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus deductions) to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, cc99 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles applicable to online gaming platforms operating in international markets, with particular regard to the Bangladesh market context in which cc99 operates and the English language in which these Terms are drafted.
